Manufacturer's Coverage:

HP, MicroSoft, Linksys, NetGear, Cisco, Dell, Veritas, Symantec, NAI, CA and any of our other products shall be covered by manufacturer provided warranties.  All of our product are brand new and covered by the manufacturers.  We will gladly facilitate communication with the manufacturer if needed to assist you in getting a working product.  If the product arrives to you and it does not function to its specification, then we will send you another product of equal or greater value.

If a product is damaged in transit, then VisionTech Networks, Inc. will gladly replace your product at no additional cost!

Software Returns Warranty:

Software purchased through VisionTech Networks, Inc. and/or California Computer Sales is supported by manufacturer.  No returns on opened boxes.  The customer will be responsible for the full cost of software if we receive an opened package.  At that point, we cannot resell the product.  Monies will be refunded in cases where the box and plastic covering the box have not been altered and/or opened by the customer.

Limited Warranties and Return Policy

Dell-branded hardware products purchased in the U.S. or Canada come with either a 90-day, 1-year, 2-year, 3-year or 4-year limited warranty, depending on the product purchased. To determine which warranty came with your hardware product(s), see your packing slip or invoice. The following sections describe the limited warranties and return policy for the U.S.

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your — our end-user customer's — Dell-branded hardware products, including Dell-branded peripheral products.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover:

Software, including the operating system and software added to the Dell-branded hardware products through our factory-integration system, third-party software, or the reloading of software

Non-Dell branded and Solution Provider Direct products and accessories

Problems that result from:

External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.

Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.

Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.

Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Dell.

Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers.

Third party claims shall not be honored.

Cabling Products:

Cabling products and accessories have a full, three-year replacement coverage through our manufacturers.

Exclusions from coverage:

All warranties are non-transferable. Computers and/or accessories which are resold, refurbished, relocated out of our coverage area or repossessed shall be void from warranty coverage in all cases.

Servicing not authorized by VisionTech Networks, Inc.

Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.

Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventative maintenance.

Problems caused by using software, accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us.

Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.

Products for which we have not received payment.

End user corrective measures or remediation by technicians other than VisionTech Networks, Inc. or any of its manufacturers.

Customer computer data or any loss thereof shall not be the responsibility of VisionTech Networks, Inc. or any of its local vendors.  No litigation or arbitration shall be filled against VisionTech Networks, Inc. or any of its local vendors as a result of damage, loss or impairment of customer computer data.

 

We keep you working with same day business response. 

With a Next Business Day Repair Plan, all repairs are conducted at your home or workplace. You will be required to email us at support@visiontechnetworks.com to schedule a service call. The Onsite service calls are usually between 9:00AM and 6:00PM, local time and you can expect a return call from us the same day you request the service.
 

Options:  Prepaid with purchase of computers.

$175 for One Year On-Site Warranty Next Business Day

$275 for Two Year On-Site Warranty Next Business Day

$375 for Three Year On-Site Warranty Next Business Day

NOTE: On-Site Warranties only applicable in Southern California covering from San Diego north to the San Fernando Valley area.
